Mr. Vinod I. Mehta has been a chairman and director of Board of the company since incorporation. Mr. Mehta with his entrepreneurial skill, dedication, high ethical standards and vision to create strong core values and principles which have helped the Company to withstand a highly competitive environment for well over 45 years. Mr. Mehta has over 45 year of experience in the petrochemicals industry and under his guidance the company has entered the manufacturing business 31 years ago and successfully established products in paints, ink and agro industries.
